In the workplace, and in life, countless people face challenges with their self-esteem, experiencing feelings of anxiety, low self-value and self-worth, often engaging in negative self-talk as a consequence, and perhaps inevitably, searching externally for ways to increase their self-esteem. Research findings suggest this can be counter-productive in terms of well-being, and that focusing internally on self-acceptance first and foremost rather than self-esteem is a far healthier alternative. This workshop has been designed to provide insights, tools and techniques to help individuals develop their own road-map towards self-acceptance and build the foundations for increased levels of self-esteem and self-efficacy.
