Mindfulness is a state of mind, a philosophy, a practice and a way of being in the world and has a direct connection to happiness and positivity. It is the conscious way we capture moments and experiences through heightened awareness. Mindfulness is accomplished by paying attention to and being aware of ourselves, our behaviours, our senses, and how we feel.
This course is traditionally delivered over three-days with individual post-workshop coaching support to feedback on the MTQPlus self-assessment; however, it can be delivered as modular workshops over an extended period. Please contact us for details.
