Developing Generational IQ: Harnessing Multi-Generational Talent

Workshop Description

The modern day workforce is comprised of multi-generations of talent. In theory, such generational diversity should provide organisations with a range of talent to draw from to address the challenges it may face. However, the reality of managing multi-generational workforces can also be a challenge. As such, those who lead and manage multi-generation workforces and multi-generational teams need to recognise, understand and appreciate the nuances of each generation to effectively engage and deploy their talents.
